PITA

Wouldn't wish this job on anyone. BSA 6 spring clutch cork insert replacement. The cork inserts in the clutch basket were worn down to the metal, I found out on t'interweb that You can cut them all out of wine corks, then sand them flat. I did this. I did use a block with the sandpaper after a while. To get the shape of the insert I cut around an old one for a template. I do not know if this will work, but I have the clutch in there now and it seems ok. I also filed the basket slots etc...

More bits

Go 2 more main chunks of the BSA. The magneto and a clutch. Also another carb to try. The magneto was done by Chip who does a good magdyno ovehaul at a resonable price, also has bits and stuff. If You want a mag done email him at chipcap01 at hotmail dot com. (just do that email without the spaces and replace 'at' with '@')
